Location and Access
First State Super Theatre has equitable and step-free access to the venue.
Car Parking and Transportation
ICC Sydney has two car park facilities located within the Exhibition Centre and First State Super Theatre available to visitors to ICC Sydney Convention, Exhibition Centre and First State Super Theatre, as well as for those visiting Darling Harbour. The closest car park to First State Super Theatre is

, located off Darling Drive.
ICC Sydney’s car parks have a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 disabled parking bays. Both car parks can be accessed via elevator, and operate 24 hours day, 7 days a week.

Getting to ICC Sydney
Accessible toilets, ramps and lifts are available throughout our venue, and car parks can be accessed via elevator.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge from the Customer Service Desk on level two of First State Super Theatre.
Our Customer Service staff are happy to arrange the of hire wheelchairs, however, we do encourage that the hirer bring a friend or companion to the event, as it is the responsibility of the hirer to manage the movement of the wheelchair during the event, and its return once the event has concluded.
Amenities and Services
Wheelchair and ambulant accessible bathrooms are available on all levels of First State Super Theatre.
A wheelchair accessible parenting room can be found on Level 2 of First State Super Theatre. The parenting room includes a feeding area, change table and food preparation area.
Braille is provided on room door signage and fixed directional signage throughout the venue.
Service Animals/Guide Dogs
Accredited service animals are always welcome inside the venue. We do ask that at all times the service animal is displaying their identification badge or medallion.
During the event, the service animal will rest in the seating area of the individual. For the comfort of both patron and animal, please advise of your requirement when booking to ensure appropriate seating is allocated.
If the service animal needs to be taken outside of the venue to relive itself, just notify one of our friendly team members who will direct you to the nearest outdoor area.
Complimentary hearing augmentation devices (Hearing Loops) are available to guests at the Customer Service desk located on Level 2 of First State Super Theatre.
In order to collect a hearing augmentation device, a form of photo identification must be supplied. We do ask that the device remains on the premises. It is the responsibility of the hirer to return the device to the Customer Service desk once the show has concluded.

Depending on the stage configuration of the event, capacity limits may be in place on the floor for both reserved and general admission events. However, if there is availability in a suitable area we may be able to accommodate additional wheelchair seating.
If you require accessible seating, it is important to indicate your needs when purchasing tickets so that you can be properly allocated.
Access to a complimentary companion ticket is also available to government issued Companion Card holders. To receive a companion ticket, simply provide a copy of the valid Companion Card to Ticketek when booking. When you arrive at the venue on the event day, present your valid Companion Card to our box office who will give you a companion ticket.

There are a number of ways to book accessible tickets through Ticketek:

. Click on the 'Get Accessible Tickets' icon on the event page. Complete the form submission, ensuring to include as much information as possible as this helps to accommodate you during the event.
3. Call Ticketek's Accessible Seating Booking Line on 1300 665 915. The phone line is open Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm.
4. Live Chat with one of Ticketek's agents by clicking on the link on the events page or ticketing website.
Please note that Ticketek is the only authorised ticket seller for live events at First State Super Theatre.
